Dr. Mehraban received his dental degree at the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine in 1993. Upon completion of his dental degree, he sought more advanced training in general dentistry as a GPR (General Practice Residency) at Genesee Hospital, the School of Medicine and Dentistry at the University of Rochester, NY.
Due to his interest in comprehensive dentistry and the field of surgery, he then went on to specialize in the field of implantology and periodontics at Eastman Dental Center, School of Medicine and Dentistry, University of Rochester, one of the pioneer centers in clinical research.
His commitment to continuing education has led Dr. Mehraban to participate in advanced courses in his field to bring the latest, most advanced techniques and technology to his patients. He is the founder and director of Johns Creek Seminars, a study club that provides a variety of seminars on advances in the field of dentistry to local dentists and their teams. Dr. Mehraban also lectures to local dental societies on cosmetic gum procedures and dental implants.
